Q: How long is the passport valid?
A: Passports are valid for 6 months from the release date. *Please see current for sale passports for expiration dates.
Q: How many coffee shops are listed on the passport?
A: Numbers vary, check each passport.
Q: What drinks can I get?
A: Some shops offer limited menus for passport holders, but most allow you to choose any drink, with a limit on size. We do not control what drinks shops offer.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns
Q: What if I lose a passport?
A: Please treat passports as cash, we do not offer replacements for lost or stolen passports.
Q: My passport hasn’t arrived in the mail, what’s the deal?
A: Passports ship within 3 business days of your initial order. If you have not received your passport within 10 days of your initial order, please contact us and we will confirm your address and delivery information. In some cases, passports get lost in the mail, and we will offer replacements.
Q: Can I report my passport not arriving after 10 days?
A: Claims after two weeks from the initial purchase date will not be offered replacements.
Q: I bought a Black Friday Passport, when will I get it?
Black Friday + Holiday Passports (Orders before December 15th) are shipped all at once in Mid-December. The reason we do this is to prevent early usage, which reduces confusing and awkward interactions with coffee shops.
Q: Can I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! If you would like to upgrade to priority shipping, it will provide you with faster shipping time, and a tracking number. The cost is $5.00 big ones. *Priority Mail, specifically during Holiday Passports and Black Friday, does not expedite when the item will ship, but does speed up transit times when passports are mailed.
